About the role
- Maintain, validate, and update global HR master data within SAP SuccessFactors
- Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with HR and IT teams
- Ensure adherence to global data governance standards and data protection policies
- Identify root causes of recurring data issues and propose sustainable improvements
- Contribute to HRIS enhancements, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help refine end-to-end master data processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and alignment
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to promote standardization and global alignment
- Support global HR reports and dashboards related to employee master data
- Analyze trends and patterns to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making across the Global HR team
Requirements
- Experience in Master Data Management and HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for data quality
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment
