About the role

  • Conduct resume screening and individual and group interviews
  • Schedule interviews and provide support to candidates throughout the selection process
  • Administer and score psychological tests (Palographic, BFP, and AC)
  • Prepare evaluation reports and keep selection process records up to date
  • Work on-site at units and construction sites when necessary to conduct interviews and group activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed or in progress)
  • Experience administering and scoring psychological tests (preferred)
  • Availability for occasional travel
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously
