About the role
- Conduct resume screening and individual and group interviews
- Schedule interviews and provide support to candidates throughout the selection process
- Administer and score psychological tests (Palographic, BFP, and AC)
- Prepare evaluation reports and keep selection process records up to date
- Work on-site at units and construction sites when necessary to conduct interviews and group activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed or in progress)
- Experience administering and scoring psychological tests (preferred)
- Availability for occasional travel
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously
