About the role

  • Managing entire Proposal Management Process.
  • Creating and monitoring the entire proposal schedule.
  • Facilitating decision-making process within the team on strategic matters such as sourcing structure.
  • Ensuring on-track progress of all essential elements of proposal based upon defined proposal schedule.
  • Developing recommended selling price based upon market price and identified risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience (Sales, Tendering)
  • 3-4 years of Industry specific experience: Tendering and Sales for Electro-mechanical works of Hydropower projects
  • Understanding and analysing market behaviour
  • Executing key decisions and implementing strategies.
  • Influencing cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy.
  • Experience in preparing cost-estimation of equipment and systems.
