About the role
- Managing entire Proposal Management Process.
- Creating and monitoring the entire proposal schedule.
- Facilitating decision-making process within the team on strategic matters such as sourcing structure.
- Ensuring on-track progress of all essential elements of proposal based upon defined proposal schedule.
- Developing recommended selling price based upon market price and identified risks.
- Participating in negotiations until award of contract.
- Representing company in events, exhibitions and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 6-8 years of relevant experience (Sales, Tendering)
- 3-4 years of Industry specific experience: Tendering and Sales for Electro-mechanical works of Hydropower projects
- Understanding and analysing market behaviour
- Executing key decisions and implementing strategies.
- Influencing cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy.
- Experience in preparing cost-estimation of equipment and systems.
