About the role
- Updating and maintaining HR indicators
- Supporting the full timekeeping adjustment process, including daily processing, termination closings and monthly payroll
- Supporting the complete onboarding process: sending invitations, verifying documents and registering employees in the Senior system
- Supporting the entire benefits process, including purchasing, maintenance and sending invoices (NF) to the finance department
- Benefits registration
- Preparing managerial and operational reports
- Assisting with the department's administrative routines
- Supporting other HR department activities and requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Power BI - a plus
- Basic to intermediate English - a plus
- Experience with the Senior system - a plus
- Availability to work on-site at an office located in the Bigorrilho area
