About the role

  • Updating and maintaining HR indicators
  • Supporting the full timekeeping adjustment process, including daily processing, termination closings and monthly payroll
  • Supporting the complete onboarding process: sending invitations, verifying documents and registering employees in the Senior system
  • Supporting the entire benefits process, including purchasing, maintenance and sending invoices (NF) to the finance department
  • Benefits registration
  • Preparing managerial and operational reports
  • Assisting with the department's administrative routines
  • Supporting other HR department activities and requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Power BI - a plus
  • Basic to intermediate English - a plus
  • Experience with the Senior system - a plus
  • Availability to work on-site at an office located in the Bigorrilho area
