Independent responsibility for procurement in the area of semi-finished and raw materials
Development and implementation of procurement and sourcing strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders
Systematic, goal-oriented negotiation of purchasing volumes, taking into account financial, quantitative and qualitative targets
Drafting and structuring contracts
Risk management and claim management in a project context
Supplier management and further development of the existing supplier network
Continuous improvement of procurement processes

Requirements

Completed technical or technical-commercial education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University or equivalent)
Several years of relevant professional experience in strategic procurement or category management, preferably in an international industrial environment
In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, plastics engineering and electrical engineering
Expertise in negotiation and contract management
Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office; very good SAP knowledge
Very good German and English language skills
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
