About the role
- Responsibility for sales and results within your territory, focusing on complex therapies in the hospital setting
- Management, expansion and strategic development of key accounts (university hospitals, transplant centers, medical key opinion leaders)
- Analysis of the market environment and development of strategies to unlock potential
- Independent management of the entire sales process – from target planning to implementation
- Organization and execution of scientific events and presence at national and international congresses
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Sales Management)
- Consistent use of CRM tools and feedback systems for market monitoring and control
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science, medicine or pharmacy, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
- Several years of experience in (university) hospital sales or key account management in the Rx sector
- Ideally, knowledge in transplantation, immunology, oncology or intensive care medicine
- Strong communication skills and the ability to strategically develop and maintain networks with hospital decision-makers
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
- High willingness to travel and residence within the sales territory
- Very good German and good English skills
