About the role

  • You take revenue and profit responsibility for your territory, with a focus on university hospitals, intensive care units, transplant centers and oncology facilities.
  • You develop strategic partnerships with physicians, hospital leadership and key opinion leaders—based on equal footing and long-term perspective.
  • You analyze market potential, implement sales strategies and independently drive projects to success.
  • You work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and Sales to bring therapies and technologies to where they make the greatest impact.
  • You represent the company at professional events, congresses and training courses—as the face of a strong brand with a real mission.

Requirements

  • University degree in a natural science, medicine, pharmacy, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Experience in hospital sales (pharmaceuticals or medical devices).
  • For medical devices: expertise in intensive care, critical care, transplantation or oncology.
  • For pharmaceuticals: experience with complex indications—any therapeutic area is welcome.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and enthusiasm for building sustainable relationships.
  • Willingness to travel and confident use of CRM and MS Office systems.
