About the role
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Research and implement new job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment channels to expand candidate reach.
- Update and refine job descriptions to ensure alignment with role requirements and business objectives.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with company goals and timelines.
- Maintain and update the recruiting tracker to monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage all interview-related communications, including scheduling confirmations and follow-ups.
- Provide candidates with updates throughout the hiring process, including status notifications and rejections through Rippling.
- Administer candidate assessments and skills tests when applicable.
- Collect and track feedback from hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate employment history.
- Coordinate and complete background checks as part of the final hiring process.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with all candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep accurate recruiting records, reports, and documentation to support HR and leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to continuously improve recruiting strategies and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software (Rippling experience is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills.
