- Dismantle and replace windows and doors in customer settings
- Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements
- Responsible for delivery/execution of Enterprise service solutions
- Ability to dismantle and replace windows and doors
- Perform repairs to windows/doors and install replacement parts
- Complete documentation accurately and promptly
- Monitor and document product performance
- Communicate warranty policy information
- Maximize customer experience process
- Maintain proper vehicle and equipment management
