- Healthcare Recruiter – Corporate Office (Las Colinas/Irving TX) [Exempt Position]
- Sources, screens and presents candidates to deliver high-quality allied professionals and nurses for assignments; builds relationships with travelers and clients.
- The Healthcare Recruiter must be sales-minded, initiative-taking, possess a strong work ethic, and have exceptional relationship-building skills.
- You will participate in training and report to Recruiting Managers.
- Daily duties include engaging with candidates via phone, email, social media; source candidates; present candidates; fill assignments; collaborate with providers;
- You should apply if you are good at the following: sales-minded, building relationships, overcoming objections, communicating effectively, persistent and a creative problem solver.
- Job Responsibilities: initiating phone calls, building pipeline, influencing candidates, creating compensation packages, maintaining relationships, red flags, posting jobs.
- Schedule: Full time, hybrid schedule; may require weekends/weeknights.
Requirements
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience in sales or service industry preferred (no recruiting experience required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook.
- Sales mentality with closing ability.
