About the role
- Help shape and build the client service model
- Handle operational relationship management with integration partners
- Develop a deep understanding of how partners leverage Anchorage Digital’s products
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Streamline integration and communication of new product releases
Requirements
- Intimately understand the operational construct of our integration partners
- Familiarity with API architecture and ability to partner with technical teams
- Excellent understanding of blockchains and their nuances
- Strong experience working within regulatory frameworks
- Understands requirements, behaviors, needs of institutional & retail clients
