Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management
  • Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration
  • Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end global leave management, including understanding and applying complex multi-jurisdictional regulations
  • Proven experience in global benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, plan design, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Strong understanding of relevant federal, state, and international employment laws pertaining to leave (e.g., FMLA, ADA, PFL) and benefits (e.g., ERISA, ACA, GDPR)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, define priorities, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.
