About the role
- Assist the Global Operations organization in providing regulatory- and governance-minded support internally to dynamic, global business initiatives
- Support external regulatory requirements and regulatory strategy
- Drive analysis and development of essential materials to inform key decision making
- Provide research, analytical, and program management support for periodic committee reporting, leadership updates, and ad hoc strategic projects as required
- Collaborate with other members of Global Operations to streamline efficiency and ensure proper coverage
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in advisory or strategy consulting, banking, venture capital, or similar fields
- Experience in writing, editing, or reviewing technical documents in the regulatory or banking space.
- Passion for driving efficiency and optimization through data-driven analysis
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for audiences of varying perspectives and seniority
- Organizational skills (to boot!)
