About the role
- Support our growing industrial compliance practice by developing, implementing, and reviewing regulatory compliance programs for industrial and port facilities
- Assist with air quality compliance (e.g., Clean Air Act permitting), wastewater and stormwater compliance (NPDES permits), waste management compliance (RCRA regulations)
- Provide technical and regulatory expertise to help clients comply with environmental regulations
- Conduct environmental compliance audits, regulatory assessments, and permitting support
- Develop and assess environmental management programs across air, water, waste, and chemicals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five years of experience in environmental compliance
- Strong knowledge of regulations like CAA, CWA, and RCRA
- Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, state regulatory programs, and professional certifications is preferred
- Regulatory interpretation, compliance auditing, permitting, technical writing, project management skills
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
