About the role
- Oversee day-to-day valuation operations across RTL, multifamily, and homebuilder segments.
- Ensure timely, accurate valuation delivery in accordance with internal SLAs.
- Manage pipeline flow, workload distribution, and operational capacity.
- Lead, coach, and develop valuation team members.
- Establish and monitor KPIs including turn times, revision rates, escalation frequency, and cost per order.
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex or high-risk valuation issues.
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of Regorra.
- Oversee AMC and appraiser performance including quality, turn times, and coverage.
- Execute QC protocols including sampling, reconciliation, and consistency checks.
- Develop analytics including appraisal variance tracking and performance scoring.
- Partner with Credit, Underwriting, and Production teams to align valuation outputs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in valuation or collateral risk
- Experience managing teams and third-party vendor networks.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; BI tools preferred.
- Appraiser certification preferred.
