Analytics Engineer

• Design and implement complex data pipelines and ETL processes to support cyber investigative capabilities across multi-classification domains
• Architect and develop ETL workflows for highly sensitive data in classified environments
• Support IC Data Services requirements by integrating various intelligence data sources and systems
• Develop and maintain data analytics solutions for desktop and web-based visual analytic applications
• Establish applications that produce manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data
• Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security
• Construct and optimize large relational databases across multi-enclave environments (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)
• Tune performance of large-scale data workflows, ensuring cost efficiency, low latency, and high availability
• Design and manage Elasticsearch/Opensearch clusters for fast search, indexing, and retrieval of large-scale datasets
• Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structures and refine system performance and functionality
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data systems, automate monitoring/alerting, and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members
• Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities

ETL Engineer – SME

Customer Support

• Provide support for events, including development of collateral material, reviewing presentations, providing on-site support, post-event documentation, and close-out activities
• Provide copy edits and document formatting, grammatical function-review correspondence, and formatting
• Prepare correspondence, documents, and maintain project team calendar
• Develop and maintain program schedules and calendar
• Attend and take meeting minutes, prepare meeting reports, and track actions to completion
• Collect information for reporting and project status
• Collect and analyze data to determine trends and inform programmatic changes
• Assist with planning and operations activities, including coordinating customer meetings, editing and review of documents, and development of background information
• Assist in conducting and supporting business, financial, and management-related research and analyses and communications activities (i.e., dashboard, topical, and presentations)
• Support publication and media distribution process
• Support website and program-specific systems. Individual must be a quick learner and comfortable with data and information systems.
• Physical requirements: must be able to lift up to 25-50lbs.
• Some travel required (~10% annually).

Program Support Specialist

Analyst

• Support Program Controls with exposure to the Project Management Leadership team
• Provide financial support and analysis to achieve project excellence
• Program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet
• Follow accounting, contractual and regulatory requirements along with proper approval authorization
• Assist in the development of Program Control procedures
• Monthly CDRL reporting and ad-hoc requests to support customer requirements
• Utilize Unanet for creating standardized program financial reporting, dashboards and metric reporting
• Collaborate with the Contracts team to track contract ceiling and funding and forecast all direct labor
• Ensure project set up meets contractual requirements, accurately reflects labor hours, rates, labor category, subcontractor costs and ODC costs
• Assist in contract closeout
• Collaborate with Business Development Team to track and manage investment budgets for each account
• Report to the Program Control Analyst and be a member of the Accounting/Finance team

Junior Program Control Analyst

• Support Program Controls with exposure to the Project Management Leadership team in providing financial support and analysis to achieve project excellence.
• Program planning support such as scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, data validation and resource planning using AnaVation’s business system, Unanet.
