About the role
- Support new product launches by managing operational readiness, timelines, and data accuracy across systems and stakeholders.
- Complete and manage purchase order (PO) forms, retail assortments, and launch documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track and monitor newness orders versus forecast, identify variances, and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain and manage pricing information by retailer, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal approvals.
- Communicate directly with retail partners regarding assortments, pricing, orders, and timelines as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing deadlines and proactively resolving issues that could impact launches or deliveries.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, reports, and analyses to support planning, execution, and leadership visibility.
- Troubleshoot and audit Excel formulas and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Support strategic planning initiatives focused on international growth and improved sales execution.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Operations, Demand Planning, Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution across functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Benchmarking and understanding of pricing positioning and competitive elements for reach retailer and region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, planning, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency required, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and the ability to troubleshoot and validate data.
- Experience supporting product launches, retail accounts, and/or international markets preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with external retailers.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or planning tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan) is a plus.
