About the role
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to clients, and manage project documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to contractual agreements.
- Drive adoption of the solution through open communication and transparency.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and report on financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proven track record of managing scope.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and related implementation methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to listen to and lead the implementation team.
- Proven track record of teamwork towards a common goal, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
- Proficient with project management tools.
- Preferred Skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes for greater efficiency.
- IP knowledge a Plus.
- PMP or Scrum Certifications preferred.
