Assist in the design and production of digital and print assets, including presentations, social media graphics, email templates, marketing collateral, photo headshots, infographics, data visualizations, and SharePoint page design.
Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
Prepare design files for internal review, client presentation, and final delivery
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Edit and revise existing creative assets based on feedback
Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries
Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in a graphic design or related role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite (Power Point mostly)
Strong eye for design, typography, color, and layout
Basic understanding of design principles and branding
Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with web or UI design
SharePoint Skills
Portfolio showcasing design work
Basic coding knowledge is a plus.
