About the role
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities that require pilot programs or deeper product validation
- Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise pilot programs, including kickoff, timelines, success criteria, and evaluation milestones
- Lead onboarding and training to ensure practice teams can effectively adopt the Anagram platform
- Provide workflow guidance and operational support to help practices integrate Anagram into existing processes
- Monitor pilot progress and keep programs aligned with deal timelines and customer decision milestones
- Drive engagement across clinical, operational, and billing stakeholders throughout the pilot
- Demonstrate operational and financial value to support conversion of successful pilots into long-term customers
- Gather feedback from pilot participants and share insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Document pilot outcomes and develop repeatable processes to improve future enterprise pilot success
- Play a critical role in the sales organization by helping convert enterprise pilots into closed deals, with performance incentives tied to successful pilot outcomes and revenue impact
Requirements
- Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation, or Technical Customer Success role
- Experience supporting SaaS sales processes, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept implementations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple customer pilots simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading client onboarding, training, or product adoption initiatives
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, practical solutions for customers
- Comfort collaborating closely with Sales teams to support deal progression
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
