About the role
- Manage and support operational staff to ensure unit and company-wide processes and metrics are maintained.
- Oversee coordination of the assessment process, including team assignment, in conformance with ISO/IEC 17011.
- Monitor and allocate Operations unit workload and ensure effective use of resources.
- Oversee the new CAB application workflow and approval of assessment team member invoices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve unique issues with clients, team members, and staff.
- Establish, maintain, and improve processes within assigned task areas, including training and documentation.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Technical staff and cross-functional teams to address issues and support operational goals.
- Participate in internal audits and external evaluations; implement corrective action as required.
- Communicate operational improvements to applicable staff and leadership.
Requirements
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, accreditation, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ANAB accreditation rules, processes, and applicable scheme requirements preferred.
- Familiarity with quality principles, conformity assessment systems, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong keyboarding skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure.
