About the role
- As a Consultant at AMX, you'll play a central role in helping AMX clients unlock productivity and scale using Smartsheet and other cloud collaboration tools.
- You'll manage a portfolio of accounts across various industries, guiding them from initial interest through solution design, pricing conversations, and long-term success.
- By nurturing long‑term relationships and guiding clients from initial interest through to a seamless handover to implementation, you’ll help them unlock new levels of efficiency and growth.
- Manage and qualify warm inbound leads to assess fit and potential value.
- Design and present tailored Smartsheet proof-of-concepts that demonstrate practical business impact.
- Support price discussions and contracting with clarity and confidence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of SME clients.
- Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to uncover new use cases, solve pain points, and grow adoption.
- Partner closely with Smartsheet account reps to co-develop joint opportunities and expand accounts.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless handover to delivery consultants.
- Participate in implementation projects to understand downstream needs and improve pre-sales engagement.
- Learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to larger enterprise opportunities as you grow.
Requirements
- You’ve worked in sales, customer success, or consulting - ideally in SaaS or cloud platforms - where you owned client relationships and supported long-term growth.
- You have experience with platforms like Smartsheet, Excel, or other collaboration / project management tools, and can confidently demonstrate their value.
- You’re confident leading product demos and explaining complex concepts in simple, compelling ways.
- You enjoy thinking commercially, talking about pricing, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to business outcomes.
- You have a collaborative mindset and are motivated by working as part of a team.
- You bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
