About the role

  • Oversees the design, development, and implementation of IT departmental and company processes.
  • Develops and implements process strategies to reduce costs and create increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborates with key IT and business leaders to build efficient and sustainable processes.
  • Engages key business stakeholders to identify business process efficiency opportunities.
  • Utilizes a toolbox of process improvement and engineering deliverables.
  • Works with business and IT executives to help describe and understand process impacts and interconnectivity.
  • Researches emerging technology trends that impact process optimization.
  • Provides internal stakeholders with process flow diagrams and other documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred.
  • Four or more years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for overseeing and executing a wide range of process improvements and new process design efforts
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and talent development skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with teams and customers, especially at the Executive-sponsor level
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Established and professional communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Familiar with best practices in process design, development, and implementation.
