About the role
- Implement and execute plans to meet strategic growth targets
- Advise and execute on-point content creator acquisition
- Create and develop compensation and benefits to retain content creators
- Analyze create platform data (YouTube) to enhance creator followers and views
- Work with stakeholders to increase talent visibility through Esports Brands
- Cooperate with platform(s) directly to foster direct working relationships
- Help improve workflows between sales, client solutions and content creators
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai
- Strong collaborative skills

- High energy and passion about esports and gaming

- Ability to generate reports and present strategies to upper management
