About the role

  • Lead the AMPS PriceDynamics Operations team
  • Ensure appropriate system configurations and manage ongoing operational performance
  • Oversee claims processing workflows, vendor management, client setup, client onboarding, and contract configuration
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency
  • Initiate and manage internal projects that support the company’s goals
  • Maintain a positive professional attitude

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years healthcare industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, and medical billing preferred.
  • Experience in claims processing and EDI (ANSI 834/837)
