About the role

  • Own and consistently hit clear, ambitious revenue targets
  • Run the entire sales process: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close
  • Develop deep expertise in amplo’s product, customers, and the insurance ecosystem
  • Work closely with Product to bring real-world customer and prospect feedback into roadmap discussions
  • Help define early sales processes, tooling, qualification standards, and forecasting practices
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders at brokerages and agencies
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership as we evolve our go-to-market strategy and scale

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a closing role
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfortable selling complex, workflow-driven products with multiple stakeholders
  • Motivated by clear targets, accountability, and measurable impact
  • You thrive in ambiguity and don’t need everything fully defined to move forward
  • You take ownership and initiative instead of waiting for perfect process
  • You want influence—not just a territory
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to translate customer pain into clear value
  • Confident presenting to executives and operational leaders
  • Collaborative by default—you work well across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Leadership
  • Organized, disciplined, and thoughtful in how you manage pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts
