Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute directly to the design and implementation of core platform features—from backend systems and APIs to integrations with external data sources.
• Collaborate closely with our CEO, design team, and early customers to ship high-impact features quickly and iteratively.
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers to write clean, maintainable code and help define technical standards as we scale.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end—from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and iteration.

Senior Software Engineer

• Build the Core Platform: Architect and develop amplo’s new cloud-native system from zero to one — selecting the right tech stack, infrastructure, and design patterns for scale and reliability.
• Lead by Doing: Write code, review pull requests, and own technical decisions that define how amplo builds software.
• Collaborate Closely: Work directly with the CEO, product, and customer teams to design solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Hire and Mentor: Identify, interview, and onboard top technical talent. Break complex designs into modular components so your team can execute with speed and quality.
• Drive Technical Strategy: Balance near-term delivery with long-term architectural decisions, ensuring we build for scalability and innovation.

Tech Lead

Operations

• Support day-to-day business operations across People Ops, GTM, Finance, and general company admin
• Execute and maintain recurring workflows (contracts, approvals, signatures, documentation)
• Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure smooth follow-through
• Act as a central point of coordination across teams, helping connect the dots and move work forward
• Help implement and maintain simple, scalable processes for internal coordination, vendor management, and reporting
• Keep operational tools, trackers, and shared resources organized and up to date
• Create and maintain lightweight playbooks, checklists, and documentation for repeatable processes
• Ensure contracts, customer documents, and internal files are uploaded, labeled, and stored correctly

Ops Coordinator

Account Executive

• Own and consistently hit clear, ambitious revenue targets
• Run the entire sales process: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close
• Develop deep expertise in amplo’s product, customers, and the insurance ecosystem
• Work closely with Product to bring real-world customer and prospect feedback into roadmap discussions
• Help define early sales processes, tooling, qualification standards, and forecasting practices
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders at brokerages and agencies
• Act as a thought partner to leadership as we evolve our go-to-market strategy and scale

Support Engineer

• Provide best-in-class front-line support to amplo customers, uncovering the root of customer pain points and ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for amplo and Salesforce functionality and best practices, offering holistic solutions aligned with business needs.
• Investigate and reproduce technical issues, acting as the liaison between customers and engineering teams when necessary.
• Document and communicate solutions effectively, including creating knowledge base articles, training materials, and process documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to support customers and operational goals.
• Support release management by testing new features, updates, and integrations prior to deployment.

Salesforce Support Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• You’ll ensure customers are continuously supported, engaged, and set up for long-term growth.
• You will build deep partnerships, guide product adoption, surface expansion opportunities, and proactively address risks to drive renewals and customer health.
• You’ll serve as the connective tissue between each department.
• You’ll monitor and refine KPIs across onboarding, adoption, and retention.
• You’ll own success planning and feedback loops, using insights to inform strategic initiatives and improve service delivery.
• You’ll support the development of enablement materials, templates, and automation to scale the team’s impact.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Drive company-level priorities, bring structure and accountability across teams, and own the financial engine that supports our next stage of growth.
• Own all financial planning, including leading multi-year budgeting and forecasting processes. Drive resource allocation decisions to ensure financial readiness for future growth.
• Own the entire finance function and ensure compliance. Manage external accountants/bookkeepers and optimize all core financial systems and controls in close partnership with the CEO.
• Define, track, and interpret key financial and operational metrics. Translate this business intelligence into actionable insights that determine the overall health and scalability of the business.
• Serve as the CEO’s operational partner on top company priorities, ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution with clarity, rigor, and momentum.
• Immediately drive GTM and cross-functional alignment initiatives, designing and implementing standards to ensure frictionless execution across the entire company.
• Champion AI initiatives with enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and optimization across the organization.
• Drive senior leadership accountability for the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and complex, cross-functional projects.
