About the role
- engaging customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted medical offices by engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful
- Profile and manage targeted list to provide value-added benefits to grow product volume
- Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales
- Travel 4-6 times per year regionally covering vacant territories face to face
- Promote Client's products via outbound and inbound telephone calls
- Engage assigned HCP targets in in-depth program discussions to attain individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, etc.
- Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by program
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
- Pass all product training and certifications successfully
- Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging
- Ensure clear concise and accurate communication of program information with target audiences using proper terminology
- Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions
- Communicate with the senior sales leader, team members and Amplity on project’s progress, as required
- Create and maintain a positive impression with clients and customers
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Participate in teleconferences and live (when required) team meetings and training sessions
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel within Western US with live face to face HCP interactions 4-6 times per year or as needed required
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Pharma, life sciences, medical, sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in Pharma virtual sales preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively needed
- Willing to cover all time zones selling virtually
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong focus on providing customer with superior support and service
- Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong business acumen with a sense of urgency
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
