About the role

  • Team lead and primary decision-maker for print intake and fulfillment across consumer and HCP programs.
  • Manage direct mail programs, HCP initiatives, brand meetings, and vendor operations.
  • Manage print/field asset needs for mailings, RM programs, and adherence programs.
  • Primary POC for channel print distribution and quantity planning.
  • Lead brand strategy, operations, launch meetings.
  • Oversee implementations, vendor operations, and post‑launch reporting.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deploy templated assets.
  • Ensure compliance (FUSE, FDA submissions, 48‑hr PI, state laws).
  • Produce metrics, WPDs, operational reports.
  • Liaise with IT, Knipper, CRM teams, and distribution partners.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 10+ years fulfillment operations experience
  • Experience leading 3+ implementations simultaneously
