About the role
- Team lead and primary decision-maker for print intake and fulfillment across consumer and HCP programs.
- Manage direct mail programs, HCP initiatives, brand meetings, and vendor operations.
- Manage print/field asset needs for mailings, RM programs, and adherence programs.
- Primary POC for channel print distribution and quantity planning.
- Lead brand strategy, operations, launch meetings.
- Oversee implementations, vendor operations, and post‑launch reporting.
- Collaborate with agencies to deploy templated assets.
- Ensure compliance (FUSE, FDA submissions, 48‑hr PI, state laws).
- Produce metrics, WPDs, operational reports.
- Liaise with IT, Knipper, CRM teams, and distribution partners.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 10+ years fulfillment operations experience
- Experience leading 3+ implementations simultaneously
- High attention to detail
