About the role

  • Serve as contracting lead for account managers and DM/DTP/DTR programs
  • Primary POC for Print & Logistics Associate Director
  • Provide team coaching, goal setting, and leadership coverage
  • Manage HCP programs, RM and adherence initiatives, and operational workstreams
  • Oversee vendors, compliance, quality assurance, and inventory management
  • Develop operational metrics and implement improvements
  • Manage MRC, warehouse systems, shipments, NSM materials, and escalations
  • Participate in QBRs, site visits, and business rule development
  • Review vendor SOWs for cost savings; support compliance systems updates

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 15+ years fulfillment & project implementation experience
  • Prior team leadership required
  • Strategic leadership, high attention to detail, strong communication, pharma operations expertise
