About the role
- manage a team of Veterans Affairs (VA) Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- work closely with client leadership to develop strategies
- conduct regular one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions
- ensure compliance with company policies, VA policies, and federal law
- collaborate with client leadership to set goals and priorities
- oversee the development and execution of account plans
- analyze team performance metrics and market data
- build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- represent the company in high-level discussions with VA key accounts
- utilize CRM tools to monitor team performance
- develop and deliver regular reports to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- substantial pharmaceutical leadership and key account VA hospital, VISN experience
- strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- proficiency in CRM tools, data reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- deep awareness of VA, healthcare regulations, formulary processes, and access dynamics within VA/VISNS key accounts
- ability to travel weekly as needed
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record required
- successfully pass all required Amplity and client training
