About the role
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and with key decision-makers
- Provide approved information and about assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned product (s) including features, benefits, and scientific data.
- Communicate effectively with customers, conveying technical and clinical aspects of products in an understandable manner.
- Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
- Track progress against targets and highlighting potential opportunities or challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams as appropriate to deliver seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Rare disease preferred
- High learning agility
- Self-starter able to successfully work independently and remotely
- Proven sales success in a competitive market
- Highly engaging, and influential communicator
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work in multiple time zones as needed
- Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
