Data Scientist

• Client-facing Product Analytics role embedded with Customer Success, serving as a strategic product advisor to LATAM enterprise customers
• Partner with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics
• Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation
• Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions to demonstrate impact and uncover growth opportunities
• Translate product usage and health signals into actionable recommendations to improve retention, activation, and conversion
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives
• Codify best practices and playbooks for scaling evidence-based product development
• Travel requirements: up to 5-10 days per month
