About the role
- Deploy Foundational Use Cases: Lead the discovery and implementation of initial critical use cases (e.g., retention analysis, conversion funnels, user journey mapping) to deliver quick time-to-value and ensure a solid foundation from day one.
- Drive AI Adoption: Integrate Amplitude’s AI capabilities into customers’ daily workflows to drive impactful decisions and lower the barrier to entry for all users.
- Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Move beyond "going live" by defining and tracking clear metrics Ensure that every engagement results in quantifiable value and a clear return on investment.
- Strategic Program Management: Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the customer lifecycle. Develop complex project schedules, mitigate risks, and drive on-time execution while managing cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
- Build for Long-Term Success: Design and oversee the initial Amplitude Program that focuses on governance, scaling, and cultural adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, management consulting, or strategic customer success, with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts.
- 2+ years of experience specifically leading large-scale enterprise software deployments where change management and foundational data governance were core priorities.
- Use Case Expertise: A proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable tracking plans and analytical frameworks (Retention, Engagement, Monetization).
- AI & Analytics Fluency: Solid understanding of how AI/ML models provide business value and experience working with BI, product analytics, or experimentation tools.
- "Democratization" Mindset: You are passionate about making complex data simple and have experience training or enabling non-technical teams to become data-sufficient.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to influence everyone from a data engineer to a C-level executive.
- Operational Excellence: Expert-level project management skills and the ability to thrive in an independent, adaptable, and fast-paced environment.
