About the role
- Overseeing project management activities across the Customer Experience organization
- Leading a team of high-performing project managers supporting Professional Development initiatives
- Directly managing high-priority, high-visibility projects
- Ensuring strong project execution and clear communication
- Monitoring project health and proactively identifying risks
- Partnering cross-functionally to define scope, goals, and success metrics
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet)
- Experience in content development or digital production
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile CSM, or similar certification
