About the role
- Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
- Regularly audit and verify the integrity of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data and take corrective actions.
- Communicate project timelines and updates to various stakeholders.
- Coordinate, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment during benchmark periods.
- Implement and enforce data quality standards and protocols.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all organizational systems.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve data quality processes.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Work closely with other teams, such as Business Systems, Product Data Integrity, IT, Human Resources, etc. to understand data requirements and ensure data consistency.
- Generate and distribute routine reports based on established schedules.
- Assist in the development of custom reports for special projects across CX.
- Create automated reporting processes where possible to streamline data delivery to stakeholders and increase efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data entry procedures and standards.
- Train new staff on data entry procedures and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
- Implement and adhere to data security and privacy policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information management, business, computer science) or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in data entry and data management roles
- Strong proficiency in data entry software and database systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of data security and privacy best practices
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Developing data models and algorithms
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and methods for data collection and reporting
