About the role

  • Meet and exceed overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Work with direct manager on opportunities to drive growth and support key business strategies.
  • Propose and drive new product portfolio, processes and capabilities to drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TPC products within an industrial environment directly to end user customers.
  • Execute winning product demonstrations to existing and new contacts in customer organization to drive expansion of SKU count.
  • Upsell value-added and customized solutions to increase profitable revenue.
  • Develop a key account plan to maximize face time with customers and drive new sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting, and key account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to sell value (total cost of ownership) vs price.
  • Must be able to work remote.
  • Ability to embrace change.
  • Experience in marketing and strategy is beneficial.
  • Highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong skills leading cross functional project teams.
