About the role
- Meet and exceed overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Work with direct manager on opportunities to drive growth and support key business strategies.
- Propose and drive new product portfolio, processes and capabilities to drive revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of TPC products within an industrial environment directly to end user customers.
- Execute winning product demonstrations to existing and new contacts in customer organization to drive expansion of SKU count.
- Upsell value-added and customized solutions to increase profitable revenue.
- Develop a key account plan to maximize face time with customers and drive new sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial setting, and key account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to sell value (total cost of ownership) vs price.
- Must be able to work remote.
- Ability to embrace change.
- Experience in marketing and strategy is beneficial.
- Highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong skills leading cross functional project teams.
