About the role

  • Managing your own caseload independently, including drafting enquiries, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Reviewing titles and accompanying legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on title, conducting legal research as needed, and handling all duties related to completions.
  • Communicating professionally with clients and solicitors, ensuring consistent and close contact throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fee-earning role, ideally with a focus on Real Estate; exposure to conventional lending work is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing and commercial property matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced commercial property environment.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems.
  • A proactive attitude with drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and a collaborative team-player approach.
