About the role
- Helps to set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.
- Guides and consults clients on standard methodologies.
- Communicates efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status'.
- Leads the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.
- Commits to communicating any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24-hrs.
- Reports weekly activity to clients.
- Owns responsibility for account success.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience in Healthcare staffing or consultative sales
- Must possess a strong understanding of project management expectations
- Experience leading both clients and candidates throughout the search process
- Able to handle sensitive information and confidential situations on occasions
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and accomplish work in order of priority
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport with people on all levels.
