About the role

  • Maintain and assist the expansion of Managed Services Program (MSP) client relationships
  • Review and interpret contractual terms
  • Build and submit reports to communicate activity and strategy development
  • Participate in developing and communicating customized Business Reviews to clients
  • Communicate strategic account management information
  • Achieve annual revenue goals
  • Identify, analyze, interpret, and present trends relevant to the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team
  • Prior experience building and managing sales programs
