About the role
- Develop and grow strategic client relationships
- Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines
- Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert on the service lines across all accounts
- Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows
- Drive volume growth and achieve performance targets through demand generation and execution of placements
- Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with third-party entities
- Expand market share for AMN service offerings
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
- Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
