About the role
- Responsible for leading and driving the ongoing relationship with clients across departments and including executive relationships.
- Achieves annual revenue goals and influences the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome.
- Drives client proposals in up-sell opportunities and facilitates contract renewals.
- Analyzes solution outcomes and promotes success with client stakeholders.
- Identifies and mitigates account risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience preferred
- Proven track record of navigating large client organizations and building multi-department relationships
- Prior strategic account management or consulting experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite required
