💰 $20 - $24 per hour

About the role

  • Partner with the Account Manager by performing a variety of sales support and administrative duties
  • Support 1-3 top-producing Account Managers in day-to-day tasks needed to place healthcare professionals on assignment
  • Establish and cultivate long-term, effective partnerships with facility clients
  • Review candidate's electronic profiles to submit bookable candidates to facility clients
  • Communicate effectively with Recruiters regarding profile submissions
  • Use the Vendor Management System (VMS) to post orders or update information
  • Update orders in all systems with job descriptions
  • Manage the accuracy of VMS technologies and AMIE (proprietary CRM)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
  • Working experience in a high-pressure environment
  • Must have computer/keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
