About the role
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process which includes initiating intake meetings with leaders, crafting sourcing strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Understands each division’s core service offerings and strategic initiatives through formal and informal touchpoints.
- Networks proactively with industry experts and professional industry-related associations to build ongoing passive candidate pipelines.
- Communicates proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants are updated and well-informed on a consistent basis.
- Maintains a consistent pipeline of active and semi-active candidates for high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions through referrals, social media, and exploratory interviews.
- Supports the Talent Acquisition Team, hiring managers, candidates, and new hires with coordination and completion of the onboarding process as needed.
- Consistently identifies process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager's experience.
- Special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency environment
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
- Must have strong sourcing and networking skills
