About the role

  • Responsible for leading and driving the ongoing relationship with clients across departments
  • Achieves annual revenue goals and influences the client at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome
  • Drives client proposals in up-sell opportunities and facilitates contract renewals
  • Analyzes solution outcomes and promotes success with client stakeholders
  • Identifies and mitigates account risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience preferred
  • Proven track record of navigating large client organizations and building multi-department relationships
  • Prior strategic account management or consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and collaborative spirit desired.
