About the role
- Define and own the CX and communications platform architecture
- Lead design and evolution of IP Telephony, Contact Center, and VoIP solutions
- Architect and guide implementations across cloud platforms
- Provide technical advisory services for complex, multi-platform solutions
- Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to drive platform enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Experience in contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk)
- Technical expertise in IP Telephony, VoIP solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with security, governance, and compliance principles
