Provide governance, delivery standards, and execution discipline across Technology initiatives.
Proactively identify delivery risks and manage dependencies across stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Technology Project or Program Management.
3+ years in a PMO leadership or portfolio management role.
Demonstrated experience leading large scale, cross functional Technology initiatives.
Proven ability to manage Technology Capex and Opex budgets.
Experience across ERP, POS, E Commerce, Data, and Infrastructure initiatives.
Strong execution discipline with the confidence to challenge assumptions.
Ability to influence across Technology and business without formal authority.
