About the role

  • Provide inputs, insights, and recommendations towards shaping and implementing our marketing strategies
  • Analyze the performance of our commercial investments across sales, online and offline channels
  • Provide analytical support throughout the investment lifecycle including sizing, experimental test design, measurement, optimization, and scenario planning
  • Oversee a group of data scientists leveraging advanced statistical modeling techniques
  • Develop a suite of Marketing Mix Models and Multi-Touch Attribution models
  • Understand and influence key levers of business growth
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments and quasi-experiments
  • Accountable for measurement of spend efficiency and make recommendations on optimization
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Media, Finance and other Analytics teams to create marketing budgets
  • Hire, coach, mentor and lead a team of analytical leads that deliver data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
  • Or Master’s degree and 8 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
  • Or Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics)
  • must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior collaborators to translate business requirements into analytical plan
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare marketing, particularly analytics, data science and measurement roles.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and market dynamics preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills (data sciences, primary market research/ secondary data analytics/ forecasting) with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, coach, lead, and retain a successful analytics team.
