About the role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Oncology Business Unit (OBU), and the Director of Strategic Planning and Operations
  • Serve as a core member of the OBU leadership team, actively participating in weekly leadership huddles, monthly forums, and full-day strategic meetings and workshops with cross-functional leaders
  • Champion a people-first attitude by fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance culture, and actively contribute to culture-building initiatives that support engagement, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness across the OBU
  • Provide backup support to other administrative assistants within the OBU
  • Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, applying sound judgment to prioritize meetings, optimize schedules, and ensure meeting readiness
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, proactively adapting plans to shifting business priorities and last-minute changes
  • Prepare and manage expense reports and related financial administration with a high degree of accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional activities
  • Facilitate collaboration among C-suite and senior leaders by acting as an effective gatekeeper, liaison, and trusted point of contact
  • Plan and complete leadership and staff off-sites, workshops, and meetings by overseeing logistics, agendas, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes, and lead, develop, and support the OBU administrative team through executive onboarding and transitions while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and 4 years of administrative experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing senior-level executive support within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism, and strong judgment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Leadership presence with the ability to influence, mentor, and build community across administrative networks
  • High degree of confidentiality, adaptability, and attention to detail.
