About the role
- Read and analyse client documentation to ensure solutions provide maximum benefit
- Determine bid response structure and lead storyboard sessions with SMEs to create answer plans
- Draft responses and work with SMEs to action comments and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers to visually enhance responses
- Ensure consistency in quality and meet word count requirements
- Collaborate with Bid Management to meet deadlines
- Proactively improve the efficiency of the bid process
- Support the post-tender lessons learned process
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in bidding
- Excellent writing ability, confident in writing and editing high-quality content to deadlines
- Knowledge of public sector procurement and bidding best practices
- Resilience, flexibility, and positivity to support multi-stage bids
- Experience of developing and maintaining knowledge information libraries
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact with various internal stakeholders
